The Leixlip Tennis Club Junior Championships will take place from

The following entries will be available (maximum number of events 2 per person!)

Boys Under 10 Singles

Girls Under 10 Singles

Boys Under 12 Singles

Girls Under 12 Singles

Boys Under 14 Singles

Girls Under 14 Singles

Boys Under 16 Singles

Girls Under 16 Singles

Boys Under 18 Singles

Girls Under 18 Singles

(We may have to grade some of the competitions depending on the entries!)

The Conditions of Entry are as follows

o All entrants must be fully paid up member of Leixlip Tennis Club

o Entry Fee €5 per person

o Entries close 15th August

Please complete the entry form and return either by email or post through letterbox marked "Junior Championships" in clubhouse by 15th August.
