The Winter Doubles Tournament commences 13th and 14th October 2010.

The tournament will be held over an 8 week period with Ladies matches taking place on Wednesdays at 7.30pm and Mens matches taking place on Thursdays at 7.30pm.

The entry fee for each night is €5 per person.

All senior members are invited to enter each week.

Entrants are required to text Paddy Lennon on 087 2345178 by 1pm on the day of each competition to be included in that evening’s play.

Entrants are required to be at the club by 7.30pm on match night to ensure their place in the competition.

Play will involve groups of 4 or 5 changing partners after a specified number of games.

A points system will determine the finishing order for each night. Players will be grouped with other players of similar capabilities where possible.

Prizes will be awarded based on the best 5 finishes of each player out of 8 tournaments.
