The Leixlip Tennis Club AGM took place on Thursday 15 February 2018 at the Springfield Hotel.

A report was provided to the membership by all of the officers, giving a summary of the highlights of the previous year.

Motions

The following Motion was passed by unanimous decision at the AGM

• Proposal to suspend article 6 of Clause 15 -The Committee

  Article 6 of Clause 15

  The position of Chairperson, Honorary Secretary and Honorary Treasurer may not be held by the same person for more than three consecutive years.

Resolution

A resolution on an amendment to to mambership rates was proposed by the outgoing committee and was passed by unanimous decision.
